For starters, if you want to use a CD you will download the CD Software link and if you want to use a Flash Drive you will download the USB Flash Drive Link. It is pretty straight forward as far as installing goes. Below are step by step instructions for how to download the software, making the CD and/or Flash Drive Bootable and how to actually use the software to crack your password.

How To Download The PogoStick Software:

1. Click the link for your product of choice CD software or USB Software

2. Click the Download button

3. Close any popups that come up

4. Click the Free Download button

5. Choose your desired login type to download the file Using the Download with Facebook is fine

6. After you sign in and wait for the countdown to end, the download should start automatically

How To Make A CD Bootable:

1. Start by opening the cd140201.zip file that you downloaded, with a software like WINRAR Click WINRAR if you would like to download Winrar

2. Once it is open click Extract To and choose a location to extract it to then click ok

NOTE: CD140201.ISO WILL NOT HAVE THE SAME ICON TO THE LEFT, THAT THE SCREENSHOT ABOVE HAS

3. Once the file is extracted, find the location

4. Burn this file to a disk, using a software of your choice to do so

5. That s it. Your done making the CD bootable, the ISO file has the boot files in it so you don t have to do anything else from here to make it Bootable.

How To Make A USB Flash Drive Bootable:

NOTE: IT IS OK IF YOU HAVE OTHER FILES ON YOUR USB FLASH DRIVE ALONG WITH THIS SOFTWARE

NOTE: THE FILE EXTRACTION PROCESS IS THE SAME SO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE UNTIL STEP 3 THEN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE ON A FLASH DRIVE

1. Find all of the files where you chose to extract them to and copy them

2. Paste these files onto your USB Flash Drive

3. Open your command prompt in Administrative Mode by searching Command Prompt in your windows search bar, right clicking on Command Prompt and clicking Run As Administrator

4. Click Yes when the User Account Control box comes up

5. Type in the Command Prompt X:syslinux.exe -ma X: Replace X with your drive letter so mine looks like the following D:syslinux.exe -ma D: then hit enter

NOTE: DO NOT USE DRIVE C: THAT WOULD NOT BE IT THAT IS YOUR HARD DRIVE LETTER

6. It will appear nothing has happened but in theory this USB should be bootable

Alright so now that all of that is done it is time to finally get into your locked up computer. To do the rest of this setup we will need to adjust the BIOS to boot off of the CD or USB Flash Drive Whatever one you used. All BIOS are different so you should look up how to set drive priority in your BIOS. See below for the cracking instructions.

There are several steps to go through:

- Disk select with optional loading of disk drivers

- PATH select, where are the Windows systems files stored

- File-select, what parts of registry we need

- Then finally the password change or registry edit itself

- If changes were made, write them back to disk

Step ONE: Select disk where the Windows installation is

you want it is the partition that hold windows itsself, in this case the drive I will want to enter after Select: 1 is 2. So it would look like this Select: 1 2 BUT yours

will be different, just choose the bigger drive and you will be fine. Then hit enter. Next it will start trying to find your windows paths if it doesn t find the paths, then you will have to choose the other partition you saw.

Step TWO: Select PATH and registry files

8. Administrator is usually default but if you need to change the user name you are hacking

into then just enter it after the Blah Blah Blah username to change: Administrator. So it

would look like this Blah Blah Blah username to change: Administrator YourUsername jalla1, jalla2, petro, etc After you choose your username just hit enter.

9. You should see something like below. Enter 1 after Select: q and you should be all set after the password has been cleared, enter an exclamation point to quit and hit enter

2 - Edit set new user password careful with this on XP or Vista

3 - Promote user make user an administrator

4 - Unlock and enable user account seems unlocked already

q - Quit editing user, back to user select

Select: q

Password cleared.

10. After the password has been cleared, you should see something like belowenter an

exclamation point to quit and hit enter

Select. - quit. - list users, 0x - User with RID hex

or simply enter the username to change: Administrator .

Congratulations. You should have successfully reset your password. Last thing to do is

remove the CD or USB Flash Drive before your computer reboots. If everything worked, your account should not require a password to log in.
